Ignorance to the rescue

I am currently in between the pages of this one. A historical fictional novel of sorts, but not the kind this genre gives an impression of- the time of old kings. This one is more recent, relatively so, history- of the discovery of light bulb and alternate current and Edison and Tesla and Westinghouse, of the idea of wireless telephone when telephone has just been invested. Amongst these names and discoveries and inventions and ideas, is one Paul Cravath, whose name, i think, has historical importance for those in my profession - lawyers and law firm

Like most other novel, this one started slow. But around page 100, it turned quite fascinating. I am resisting the urge to go online and check the actual history, lest it takes away the mystery that is about to unfold in the pages to come.

Hats off to the author for creating this. Also, some credit to be attributed to my ignorance of history which is making this quite an interesting read.

Yay ;)
